Assist department Director and/or Managers in development and management of general (everyday) categories as directed:
Assist in product category functions:
Art spec and sample revision power point development Samjak creation for art specs and revisions Line list maintenance:
- Adding product weight and measurements - Changing approved product descriptions to red - Other input as directed Compile product PDF (product development form/bill of materials), upload and advise HQ of completion Correspondence with HQ Sample dispatches - packing and tracking Sample review attendance; note taking and publishing Final product weighing and measuring for line list Final product photos for inclusion in shared I drive Work with assistant manager or Director on Collateral development Original sample maintenance and storage Other functions:
Assist Director on:
- Various projects as needed - Category research as needed Assist Visual Merchandising Manager on gift showrooms Quality assurance CPC reports Participate in brainstorms and line reviews Market research (as needed or directed) Required skills:
Proficient with MS Office (Excel &PowerPoint required) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask with attention to detail Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator desired -Experience in Licensing desired Bilingual English/Korean a plus Additional Compensation:
Bonuses Salary range:
